Hotel Paradiso Como - Brunate

The view from our balcony room was fine as, but getting to the hotel was a bit nerve-wracking! Excellent service from the staff, though.

The restaurant had excellent food, especially the mushroom pasta which keeps coming to my mind, and it's just a short walk to Volta's Lighthouse, a must-see spot with lovely views of the lake and city.

Rooms rather small and found hotel to be rather noisy especially at night, could clearly hear other guests talking in their rooms, through two closed doors.

amazing views but small room problem

The view from our room was amazing, with a amazing panorama of the lake that was just nice each day. The staff were attentive, particularly Lisa and Magda. The pool area was inviting.

The room felt a bit cramped, which definitely impacted our overall comfort .

We had a problem with our vehicle, the owner was very helpful when we explained our problem. He spoke excellent english and really is in a delightful position above Lake Como.

Absolutely no complaints about the hotel, but with our large vehicle access was difficult especially after dark.

Diving into their gnocchi was a culinary joyride-so creamy, it danced on the palate! The Tiramisu? Pure bliss! Plus, that jaw-dropping view of Lake Como from the Junior Suite. The staff were stars.

A little hiccup with the shower, as it played hot and cold. And with no air conditioning, nights could sizzle a bit. Oh, and the bar shuts down at 10:00 PM, cutting the night short, but we still had an lovely stay.

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Hotel locates 5-8 min walk to the bus station to Venice.

Gorgeous, clean venue with stunning and magnificent location not far from the best restaurant in town: la polenteria, a hill overlooking Como Lake, breakfast, super frielndly owner and staff, cleanliness, charming location, and the centre of Como.

Beds were very uncomfortable.
